Overseas Residential Project Supply Chain Coordination:
For new-build and renovation projects of villas and residences, we support product selection, supplier communication, multi-category procurement coordination, sample and documentation verification, pre-shipment inspection arrangement and export logistics collaboration. The scope of service is confirmed case by case according to project requirements.
High-End Private Residence Full-Service Design:
For villa and large residence projects, we deliver integrated planning and design coordination covering interior spaces, courtyard landscaping, soft furnishings and smart home requirements. The actual scope of design deliverables and project follow-up shall be subject to the project contract.
